Great News...No Premium Increases for Medical, Dental and Vision and no plan design changes for 2020!
Annual benefits enrollment begins Nov. 1st. Be sure to read the benefits newsletter that was mailed to your home for important information regarding your 2020 benefit programs. Login to www.myintegrisbenefits.com to enroll.
This is an active enrollment. Even if you do not wish to make any changes to your benefits, all caregivers enrolling in the medical plan must log in to the enrollment system to complete the spouse coverage verification affidavit, recertify your tobacco status, choose your PPL days to sell* and make your Reimbursement Account elections. Without your electronic, signed affidavits you will be assessed surcharges for the 2020 plan year and you will not be able to change this information once open enrollment closes.
Caregivers who elect medical plan coverage for their spouse will be required to provide verification that the spouse is not eligible for medical coverage through their employer. This is a change from the 2019 process and will be required in order to waive the $35 per pay period spousal surcharge.
*Caregivers have the option of selling future PPL days to help pay for your annual benefit elections. You can only sell PPL in whole days and the value for each day is 8 times your base hourly rate of pay. To verify your PPL accrual total visit HRanytime, PPL/EIAB Balance link view your online pay summary.
Onsite Enrollment Assistance Sessions have been scheduled at our facilities. Please refer to the 2020 Open Enrollment tab for the full complete list of dates and times. We encourage you to take advantage of these sessions if you need help with the enrollment process.

Below is the schedule for enrollment assistance sessions that will be held at each major facility. These sessions are designed to help you with the enrollment process if you need it. No appointments necessary. Please stop by during the designated times and we will have laptops available for you to enroll online. You will be required to reset your enrollment password when you log into the system to enroll. You will also need to know the social security number of any dependent you are adding coverage for.
We encourage you to take advantage of our enrollment assistance sessions for help with the enrollment process (first come/first served).
