Adoption Assistance
Adopting a child is a wonderful change to your life. However, legal fees and other expenses can be a heavy burden for new parents. To help ease those high costs, INTEGRIS Health offers the Adoption Assistance Program benefit at no cost to you.
How the Adoption Assistance Program Works
The program pays 50% of your costs for adopting a child, up to a maximum of $2,500 for each adoption. The program helps you pay for up to two adoptions.

Simply fax receipts and adoption decree to 405.945.4480 and please include a cover sheet with your caregiver ID.
