Paid Time Off |
FYI |
INTEGRIS Health provides full-time caregivers with paid personal leave (PPL) accrual to use for vacations, holidays, illnesses and other personal needs. You can carry over up to 300 hours at the end of each calendar year. Hours Exceeding 300 are converted to your Extended Illness Accrual Bank (EIAB).
In addition, as part of the Extended Illness Accrual Bank (EIAB), you automatically accrue time each pay period that you can use for time off for illnesses or injuries of more than five days, for outpatient surgeries or for inpatient care. Detailed information about the Paid Time off Program is available in the Benefits Handbook and the PPL Policy.
Time-Off Benefit for Organ Donation
Caregivers are eligible to receive special paid time off when donating an organ or bone marrow. This time is not taken from the caregiver's PPL or EIAB account. See the Benefits Handbook for more information. |
Did you know you can donate PPL? PPL donation goes into a PPL leave sharing bank, which is an available resource for INTEGRIS Health caregivers during time of need. If you are experiencing a Medical Emergency or Major Disaster, you may apply for donated PPL.
