INTEGRIS Health has a team of Benefit Specialists that will assist with benefits education, enrollment and updates on benefit changes.
The goal of the Benefit Specialists will be to meet with every new caregiver within 30 days to answer any questions about our benefit programs and help them enroll. In addition to meeting with newly hired caregivers, the Benefit Specialists will meet one-on-one with all existing caregivers once every 18 months as a reorientation on the entire benefits package and to cover any updates to the INTEGRIS Health employee benefits from year to year.
